Picking Gender Neutral Wedding Terms for Wedding Parties

define still poetry photography: the inverse of poetry in motion.
Our lives are poetry in motion.
Still Poetry Photography captures moments - the fractions of a second required to make a photograph - to tell a story. A baby falling asleep in her mother's arms. A child jumping into the crashing waves with unadulterated joy. The groom's tear drop as his partner walks down the aisle.
Existence is art. Let us tell your story.
Our Mission:
Capture Authenticity
Anyone can take a photograph. With cell phones, everyone has a camera conveniently tucked away in their pocket. But in the right hands, a camera has the power to create art.
Since becoming a photographer in Delaware, I've fallen in love with the beauty of the beaches. But even more importantly, I've fallen in love with meeting so many unique, wonderful families vacationing in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Bethany, Dewey, and even Ocean City, Maryland. Being a Delaware photographer has opened my eyes to the truth that while every family is different, we all have common ties that bind us together: love, patience, kindness, and beauty.
My photo sessions aren't about making you look like the perfect family. My job is to capture your authentic selves so that 5, 10, 25 years down the line, you can look back and remember the people you used to be. And that focus is what sets Still Poetry Photography apart from other Delaware photographers.

Owner & Artist

Hey, there!
I've been in your shoes.
You're about to hit an important milestone: wedding,, the birth of your new baby, family reunion. You need to capture that moment with photography.
The only problem? The thought of standing in front of a camera makes your skin crawl.
I've been there. I know what it's like to be anxious in front of a camera. But I'm going to make you a promise.
It's going to be okay. Taking the time to get to know your photographer will make you feel more relaxed in front of a lens. So let me tell you a few things about me.
I love animals. I live on a rescue homestead and have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 rabbits, 2 sugar gliders, and 13 chickens. I love to write poetry. I'm neurodivergent and queer. I love my husband. I love empowering women. I love drawing and crafting. And most of all, I love what I do. I love taking people who are nervous in front of the camera and making them feel empowered and confident.

TESTIMONIALS
Sarah did an incredible job capturing a large assortment of beautiful pictures of our multi-generation family. Not only was she professional and easy to work with, she got so many different shots that we wouldn’t even have thought of. She moved us expertly and quickly through the shoot (important with a 6 month old) and we had so much fun!! So now not only do we have beautiful pictures to treasure but we also have happy memories of the photo shoot to cherish too!!

Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! She was super personable, energetic, engaging, a lot of fun and very talented. It was no easy task as she took family photos with a 4 year old and our dog. She made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. She was on time, and followed through on everything she said she would do. I was so pleased with our session and final photographs, that I will continue to use her in the future. Would highly recommend her to all of our family and friends. She has an amazing eye, don’t pass up the chance to work with her!
